johnson & johnson, recent one, $2 billion. the johnson & johnson announcement came out just at the beginning of last month. talk a little bit about that case. aest: that case was actually number of cases put together, and johnson & johnson opted to seek a global settlement of all the claims. those cases involved a variety of illegal conduct by johnson & johnson in marketing of pharmaceutical, including offering kickbacks to doctors and fraudulent off-label marketing of drugs, including drugs that can be extremely dangerous when doctors prescribe where therecontext has not been any scientific evidence that they can be safe and effective. in that case, like the glaxoca e case, like the pfizer case a couple of years ago, it is quite large because the federal spending on these drugs has been quite large. it is an absolute bright line rule in medicare that you cannot provide kickbacks to doctors. and that the government will not that a defendant -- here the pharmaceutical company -- causes to be committed that is tainted by a kickb
